STEP 1:

Photobucket

Peel the potatoes obviously, nobody wanna eat boiled potatoes with skin on.. =)

STEP 2:

Photobucket

Cut them into chunks like this.

Remember, if you have prepared potatoes, cut and skinned and you are not prepared to use it immediately, soaked them in water like these.

Photobucket

Especially when you are waiting for the chicken to be thawed.

STEP 3:

Photobucket

Boiled the potatoes, not too cooked, if not it will just "melt" in the curry afterwards.

While waiting for the potatoes to be cooked, let's proceed to step 4.

STEP 4:

Photobucket

Put the chicken into a big bowl, and add corn flour and light soya sauce and make sure all of them are cover with the marinates equally.

Marinate for 10mins, just nice for the potatoes to be cooked.

After putting the potatoes and chicken aside, on mid fire on the stove with your pot.

Photobucket

Heat up the curry paste with 2 tbspn of oil for 1 min.

STEP 6:

Bread and Butter Pudding!

An easy fool proof receipe that you can adjust the amount of ingredients on your own!

Ingredients: for 3 pieces of bread

Bread (3 pieces)
*You can use bread that are bought days ago (but not expired) and does not stay soft anymore*

Butter (Enough to spread 3 pieces of bread)
*It's okay to replace butter with Margarine*

Sugar (2 tablespoon)

Egg (1 quantity)

Milk (250ml)
*It's okay to use milk powder mixed with hot water*

Add raisins as you wish! =)

The Exciting Process!

STEP 1:
Photobucket

Using a big bowl, mix the egg with all the sugar with a chopstick or a fork till egg are well beaten and no more sugar are visible.

STEP 2:
Photobucket

Add in the milk tand stir till mixture are well mixed.
*Warning: Do not try to add in hot milk. You don't want to have half boiled egg before you enjoy your pudding, do you? Cool the milk first if you are using milk powder.

STEP 3:
Photobucket

Put the mixture aside. Butter the bread in the usual way and tear the bread into pieces.
Place them neatly in the bowl.

*It is recommended that you could use the "bread skin" as the base as it does not taste as good on its own.*

STEP 4:
Photobucket

Pour the mixture into the bowl of bread, covering the bread.
Do not worry about pouring the mixture near to the brim as pudding will shrink after toasting.

STEP 5:
Photobucket

Place into the toaster for at least 8mins.
*Adjust the timing with your own preference.
The longer it takes, the drier and more crispy the bread will be.

I like mine to be abit burnt and drier so it took about 13mins.. Observe while you toast, if not you will just end up getting burnt bread crisp.. =P

STEP 6:

Viola!!!
Time to enjoy!!

It's a nice and easy dessert suitable for all ages.. =)
